A HERO'S JOURNEY Adventure using the Transformational Power of Story

Splash City is not just a cartoon world. It's a magical hero's journey within.
In ancient times, wisdom was commonly conveyed through story and parable.
Today, story is too often overridden by bullet points and sound bites,
and denounced as an annoyance we don't have time for.

In Splash City, we are bringing the transformative power of story back to life.
When we are called by story, we pause whatever we are thinking and doing
to ask one of life's most important questions:
What happens next? Suddenly, we care.

The Transformation Age has Arrived

Sign of the Times

Going down the road of life, you reach a Y in the road. You have a choice. You can take the How-to goal road where the path is laid out for you. It's a linear, hierarchical path that offers conformity, in-the-box thinking and step-by-step instructions. The longer you stay on the goal path, the more two-dimensional the world becomes. The path eventually narrows and becomes limiting and rigid. It's 2D.

Or you can choose to take the HERO'S JOURNEY. It's nonlinear and requires following the unknown, trusting yourself and your passion. It's full of wonder, serendipity and discovery. The longer you stay on the journey, magic unfolds,  the more multi-dimensional the world becomes, and the more 3D, heroic and vibrant you become. Possibility abounds.

"In a 2D mindset, you write the story and usually fall short of living up to it.
In a 3D mind in motion, you live the story, and usually fall short in trying to express it in words."

- Craig Cloutier

"Until a character becomes a personality it cannot be believed.
Without personality, the character may do funny or interesting things,
but unless people are able to identify themselves with the character, its actions will seem unreal.
And without personality, a story cannot ring true to the audience. - Walt Disney
